All the world's a song

Hello Andrea I've been listening to Your CD Candle in a chatroom.

I'm really touched. Especially Your melancholic tune fast train moved me deeply. I hope You'll bring out a new album next year. You're such a talented (song)writer, composer and singer. The only thing that irritates me is that the radio presenter who announced Your song yesterday assumed that You are a bogan (braggart) because You would boast how literate You are and that You have been a successful actress and so on. Well I thought if You are well-read You could present and discuss Your favourite books and perhaps write one yourself. If you like that You could write in enchanting realism which would be for me a fusion of the Döblin "Berlin Alexanderplatz2 or James Joyce's "Ulysses / Finnegans Wake style" and magic realism. Realizing the multiple layers of the world, observing them feeling and describing how they affect your thoughts, your imagination and your emotions and then how your thoughts, emotions, impressions and fantasies change Your point of view and this change shapes the reality around You. I think You are a wonderful writer and if You wanted You could be an excellent poet or novelist or short story writer or whatever You like and it would influence Your music in a positive way.

Tros Muziekcafé

Hey Andrea,

Thanks so much for the guestbook entry! So nice of you to do that :) My brother and I had a great day, first we visited the zoo next to the Tros Muziekcafé and after that we met Ronald and his aunt and well the rest is known, you sang 3 great songs, and after that you took really a lot of time out for your fans. So hope you fit the 'wooden clomps' haha, otherwise you should wear lots of socks in it haha. Hope to see you perform here in Holland soon again. Lots of  luck with your album and promotion.
